2. BASIS AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). The Controller processes data for the purpose of:

• Order fulfillment and sales agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – necessary for shipping goods and settlements.

• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – e.g., issuing invoices, fulfilling requirements of the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety (age verification).

• Direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – the legitimate interest of the Controller (informing about PONDO news), provided the Customer has given consent.
