Terms and Conditions

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The online store operating at www.pondomead.com is managed by the company: INVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Szczecin, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0001023192, NIP: 8513289932, REGON: 524681827, with a share capital of 10,000.00 PLN.
2. The Store conducts retail sales of alcoholic products (meads, fruit wines) via the Internet.
3. Sales are conducted based on a current permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages, issued in accordance with the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism.
4. The place of conclusion of the sales agreement and delivery of goods is the point of sale operated by the Seller.

II. ORDER FULFILLMENT TERMS

1. Orders in the Store may only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity, and are not in a state of intoxication at the time of purchase and receipt of goods.
2. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they are of legal age. The Seller reserves the right to verify the Customer’s age via the courier or the pickup point staff.
3. Orders are accepted through the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

III. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

1. All prices provided in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN).
2. The price stated for a product does not include delivery costs, which are added during the order process.
3. The Customer may use the following forms of payment:
   • Electronic payments via authorized payment services.
   • Available payment methods: Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.
   • Traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account.

IV. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

1. Products are packed securely to guarantee the integrity of glass packaging (cardboard systems of 6 units or individual packaging). The average order fulfillment time is 2-3 business days; for products requiring longer preparation, the maximum fulfillment time is up to 10 business days.
2. Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland to the address indicated by the Customer.
3. The order fulfillment time is calculated from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization or, in the case of bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment card, from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account.
4. Age Verification: Receiving a shipment containing alcohol requires the personal presence of an adult. The courier is obliged to refuse delivery to a minor or a person whose behavior indicates a state of intoxication.

V. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT

1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the goods.
2. The condition for a return is sending the product back in an intact state (original bottle seal, undamaged excise stamp). Before returning the product, the return must be reported via email to: info@pondomead.com.

4. The costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal from the agreement are borne by the Customer.
5. Refunds to the Customer’s account will be made no later than within 30 business days.
6. In the event of a necessity to refund funds for a transaction made by the Customer with a payment card, the Seller will issue the refund to the bank account assigned to the Customer’s payment card.

VI. COMPLAINTS

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
2. If a defect is found (e.g., bottle leakage, mechanical damage during transport), the Customer has the right to file a complaint via email to: info@pondomead.com.
3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. In the absence of a response within the above period, the complaint is considered justified.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the Consumer may demand a replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the agreement. Due to the nature of the products (alcoholic beverages in glass bottles), repair of the goods is not possible.

VII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

1. Pursuant to Art. 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data administrator is INVE Sp. z o.o.
2. Data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and (with separate consent) for marketing purposes. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy at www.pondomead.com.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect upon publication on www.pondo.com and apply to orders placed after that date.
