Pondo Rubis – Hibiscus Mead

Mead Smash

A refreshing cocktail that delights with its vibrant color and multidimensional aroma.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml PONDO RUBIS

  • 30 ml Strong Earl Grey tea (chilled)

  • 15 ml Honey-citrus syrup

  • A few fresh mint leaves

  • Ice

Preparation: Mix the ingredients in a glass, gently muddling the mint leaves to release their aroma. Pour into a glass filled with ice.
