Blackcurrant Old-Fashioned

A luxurious interpretation of a classic for connoisseurs seeking modern elegance.

Ingredients:

  • 22 ml PONDO NOIR

  • 45 ml Bourbon

  • 15 ml Simple syrup

  • 2–3 dashes of Orange bitters

  • 3–4 dashes of Aromatic bitters

  • Ice

Preparation: Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass. Strain into a glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with fresh blackcurrant berries.
