Yes. Thanks to their high quality and noble fermentation process, our meads can be successfully stored for an extended period. Over the years, their flavor can become more complex and velvety, much like the finest wines.
No. In accordance with Polish law, alcohol may only be sold to adults (aged 18 and over). The courier is obliged to verify the recipient’s age upon delivery.
The exact shipping date is always indicated during the checkout process. Once your order is placed, the same delivery date is confirmed in your confirmation email.
Shipping costs depend on the dimensions of the order and the selected delivery method. All options and exact costs are visible in the cart before finalizing the transaction. We also offer free delivery for orders above a specified amount. For B2B orders, please contact us for an individual quote.
Yes, once the package is dispatched, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number, which will allow you to track your shipment on the courier’s website.
If the package shows signs of damage (e.g., a broken bottle, visible leakage), please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier. Then, please contact us via email, attaching a photo of the damage – we will immediately send you a replacement product.
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (this applies to unopened, undamaged products). In the case of a complaint regarding the quality of the product, please contact our Customer Service Department directly.
